The plot
A couple is staying at the Surf City Inn where the walls are rather thin. They can hear everything going on next door. They think their neighbors are doing some crimes and decide to get to the bottom of it. After chasing them around it turns out their neighbors were filming a movie without a permit and they decide to join in.
